Many of us may assume that New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are dangerous holidays on the roads (and they are). However, the long Thanksgiving weekend, statistically, is actually more dangerous when it comes to serious traffic accidents (Source: Forbes). Heavy traffic, bad weather conditions, and, unfortunately, drunk driving, can create a dangerous mix. As you travel this week, whether it be across the country or down the street, please remember to be careful on the roads and aware of what’s going on around you. We wish you a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
